What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is typically between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, while check-out is at 1:00 PM. If you need an earlier check-in or a late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. With cancellation, it is 48 hours in advance.

How many rooms are there?

There are five different units within our beautiful villa, each accommodating a different amount of persons per unit.

1 bedroom unit holds two persons

2 bedroom unit holds four persons

3 bedroom unit holds eight persons

What are the rates?

$ 800.00 TT per night for a 1-bedroom unit.

$ 1000.00 TT per night for a 2-bedroom unit.

$ 1200.00 TT per night for a 2-bedroom unit with direct access to the pool.

$1600.00TT per night for a 3-bedroom unit

All units come with a kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, and access to the pool. (it's a shared space.)

Please note that stays less than 2 nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $150.00TT.
